Cambridge English pays tribute to its colleague and friend the late Verónica Sylvia Cameron.
Verónica, who recently passed away, was the long standing Centre Examinations Manager at the Buenos Aires Open Centre, one of the largest Cambridge English centres in the world. Cambridge English started working with the Buenos Aires Open Centre in 1983, initially with Verónica’s mother Sylvia Holmes Brown.
Paying tribute to Verónica, Mercedes Muratorio, Regional Director, Americas at Cambridge English, said:
‘Verónica was a dear colleague and admired by the entire Cambridge English community. Her enthusiasm, commitment, and love for Cambridge English were key to the implementation of new ideas and innovative projects in Argentina. Her legacy will continue to have an impact on our assessment services in Argentina. We will always remember Verónica with great affection, never forgetting her energy and passion in all that she did. We extend our sincere condolences to Verónica’s husband Eduardo and her family’.
