Who is the Roadshow for?
The Roadshow is intended for school teachers who
- want to find out more about offering the Cambridge English: Young Learners (YLE), Cambridge English: Key for Schools (KET) or Cambridge English: Preliminary for Schools (PET) tests
or
- have recently started preparing learners for these tests
Why should you attend?
You will benefit from the chance to
- learn from approved Cambridge English presenters
- participate in activities for the classroom
- share experiences with colleagues
- take away material or ideas for lessons and activities
- experience different teaching techniques
There is no charge for these events, which have been organized to support the Cambridge English Teacher community. We will also provide a certificate of attendance for delegates.

About the speaker: Andrea McKay
Most of Andrea McKay's career has been in ELT teaching and assessment. She has worked for extended periods in the UAE, Germany and Italy as well as in Cambridge and is the author of several exam preparation textbooks. Now based in Istanbul, Andrea has recently taken on the role of Head of Assessment Services for Cambridge English.
About the speaker: Kerim Bicer
Kerim Bicer holds a BA in ELL and is Cambridge DELTA qualified. He has worked as a programme coordinator, DoS and English teacher in Turkey and abroad for more than 10 years and has worked with all age groups including young and very young learners. He is now a faculty member at the language school of a foundation university where he is actively involved in teaching and teacher training. He is currently in the process of completing his MA in ELT with his dissertation on sustainability of teacher education.
