Current list of Platinum Centres

Platinum centres need to meet criteria that include excellence in customer service, high quality exam delivery and a willingness to work in partnership with us.

Platinum centres are able to benefit from membership of the scheme in a number of ways. These include visits to our office in Cambridge and from staff development opportunities on specific topics such as:

invigilator training
exam administration
customer service
marketing.

We support Platinum centres by providing seminar resources and involve them in shaping our future by consulting with them on proposed changes to processes, procedures and systems. We also seek their assistance in trialling new products and delivery methods.

Please speak to your local office if you are interested in becoming a Platinum Centre.
