Cambridge English provides the world’s leading range of teaching qualifications, and teachers all over the world regularly benefit from the continuing professional development we offer. In this webinar we will introduce our new Teaching Framework which underpins our offer to teachers. The webinar will give an overview of the framework, looking at the different levels and categories within it, how it is organised and how it relates to teachers across different teaching contexts. We will then highlight how you can make use of the framework to identify your development needs and to plan next steps in your career path.

Prior to joining Cambridge Assessment English, Andrew worked in English Language Teaching for 12 years as a teacher, teacher trainer, and academic manager.
Monica Poulter, Teacher Development Manager, Cambridge Assessment English
After teaching and training for of a number of years in a variety of educational institutions in Germany, Czechoslovakia, Cameroon and the UK, Monica joined Cambridge English (then UCLES EFL) and for over 20 years has been involved in the area of teacher assessment. She has worked with teachers, trainers and external consultants in creating, revising and gaining recognition for the Cambridge English Teaching Qualifications and developing material to support assessors and trainers. A key focus has been to raise the status of ELT teacher training qualifications through establishing links with main stream education programmes.
