How can I get updates and alerts on Facebook Live webinars?
You can sign up to receive regular alerts about our Facebook Live webinars by registering for our webinar updates. You can also like the Cambridge English Teaching Facebook page for regular updates on our sessions and a reminder when we go live.
I cannot make the Facebook Live session, how else can I watch?
All Facebook Live webinars are available to watch afterwards on the Cambridge English Teaching Facebook page, on the Facebook Live playlist (under the video tab on the left hand side). They are also available on our Cambridge English YouTube channel.
How do I register for the webinar?
You do not need to register for our Facebook Live webinars. Simply join us on our Cambridge English Teaching Facebook page at the start of the live webinar. You can also like our page to get a reminder when we go live.
How can I watch the webinar if I don’t have a Facebook account?
All of our Facebook Live webinars are streamed publically so anyone can watch them, even if you don’t have a Facebook account. You can also watch the webinar afterwards on the Cambridge English YouTube channel.
How do I find out what time the Facebook Live webinar is taking place where I live?
We always post the time of our Facebook Live webinars in GMT. You can find the local time for the Facebook Live webinar by using a website such as Time and Date.

How do I join the Facebook Live webinar?
Simply visit our Cambridge English Teaching Facebook page at the start of the webinar.
How do I receive my Open Badge?
During the Facebook Live webinars, you will receive a claim code which you can use to collect your Open Badge. The claim code will be revealed during the session on the screen and in the comments underneath the video.
To receive your badge simply go to openbadgefactory.com and click ‘claim a badge’. You will then be asked to input your claim code.

How can I watch the Facebook Live webinar again?
All of our Facebook Live webinars are available to watch on our Cambridge English Teaching Facebook page under the video tab on the left hand side of the page. They are also available on our Cambridge English YouTube channel.
Will I get a certificate of attendance?
Certificates of attendance are not available for Facebook Live webinars. However, you can claim a digital Open Badge by following the instructions given during the webinar.
