Before the webinar

How can I get webinar updates?
Sign up to receive news and regular alerts about our Webinars for teachers.

I can’t join the live session. How else can I watch?
Check our webinar schedule for alternative dates / times. Our webinars are also available afterwards on our YouTube channel.

Is the webinar free?
Yes, the webinars are free to attend. You’ll just need to register.

Will I get a certificate of attendance?
Yes, all webinars for teachers include a certificate.

Will I get an Open Badge?
No, we don't provide open badges for webinars. Instead, you will receive a certificate of attendance.

What time is the webinar in my time zone?
We recommend using this Time and Date converter to check what time the webinar will be in your local time zone.

How long is the webinar?
Webinars generally last around 1 hour. Please check your invitation for details.


On the Day

How do I join the webinar?
When you register for one of our webinars, you will receive a Zoom link via email to join.

I can't hear or see the webinar. What should I do?
Try refreshing your browser. If that doesn’t work, leave the Zoom webinar and re-enter using the link in your email.

The webinar is blurry.
The webinar needs a lot of bandwidth, so close any other large programmes, such as Skype or cloud backup, if you can.

Will the webinar be available afterwards?
Yes, all of our webinars for teachers and supporting materials are available afterwards on our YouTube channel. For other webinars, you will receive an email if a recording is available.


After the webinar

I haven’t received my certificate of attendance.
Your certificate will be emailed to you within a week of the webinar. Check your junk folder. If you still haven’t received it, please contact the webinar team and provide the webinar title and date, and your full name.

I couldn’t watch the webinar, can I still get a certificate of attendance?
We only issue certificates to those who have attended one of our live webinars.

I couldn’t watch the webinar. How can I watch it?
Check the webinar schedule to see if there is another date / time. All webinars for teachers are posted on our YouTube channel afterwards. For other webinars, you’ll receive a link by email if a recording is available.

When will I receive the slides from the webinar?
If you registered for the live session, you will receive an email with a link to the recording of the webinar as well as links to all resources mentioned. You will not be sent the slides.
