The US government has confirmed that several high-quality English language tests, which draw on Cambridge expertise, have been reaccredited by the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) of the US Government for certain healthcare work visa classes. The full list of Cambridge backed tests that have been reaccredited are Cambridge English Qualifications B2, C1 and C2, IELTS, the OET test and MET.
In addition, for the first time, IELTS, the OET test and MET scores can be used by Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists.
The HRSA, a Federal agency responsible for healthcare, is one of the 25,000 organisations around the world which recognise Cambridge English exams as reliable proof of English language ability. Our English language tests open doors to higher education, employment, and because they are globally recognised, expand opportunities for study or work.
