Overview:
This webinar is for teachers preparing students for the Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) exam. The focus of this session is on the Reading tasks in the Reading and Use of English paper. We will explore which reading skills are required at this level and how we can help students improve their reading skills and reading speed. Teachers will come away with practical ideas for the classroom, including short, ready-made activities as well as ideas for longer reading projects.

Jacqueline Douglas, Cambridge English consultant
Jaqueline is a lecturer/trainer at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge. She started teaching in 1997 and has worked in the UK, Turkey, Spain, Bolivia, China, Thailand, Bolivia, Russia, Peru and Saudi Arabia. For 11 years, she was at International House in London and has recently completed an MA, focussing on Learner Autonomy and Materials Development.
