Following a review of the teaching qualifications we provide, ICELT (In-service Certificate in English Language Teaching) will be discontinued from July 2020. This means that the last ICELT courses will begin before 30 April 2019. Contact your ICELT centre for further details of courses available.
You will be awarded a grade for each assessment component and an overall grade.
The grades awarded are:
You will gain the full ICELT qualification when you achieve a Pass or higher in all three assessment components.
If you complete Module One as a stand-alone module, you will be awarded an ICELT Language for Teachers certificate. If you complete Module Two as a stand-alone module, you will be awarded an ICELT Teaching and Methodology certificate. If you decide to complete the other module at a later time, you will then receive the ICELT certificate.
