The process below describes the main steps when setting up a CELT-P course for the first time. After that, new courses can usually start at step 3.
Includes the initial enquiry, information gathering, signing an agreement with Cambridge Assessment English and selecting a Local Course Administrator. This step can take up to two months.
Includes the nomination of trainers, and their training. This step can take up to two months.
In this phase you recruit course candidates, and confirm they meet the minimum requirements. This can take up to three weeks.
This phase covers the delivery of the course – online and face-to-face training, and assessment. Courses usually run over six to nine months.
In this phase, you submit all the end-of-course documentation for final moderation.
